Who We Are

Rodem Community Care Pty Ltd provides professional community nursing and continence support for NDIS participants and people living at home across Sydney.

Our care is delivered by experienced Registered Nurses with a strong background in urology, continence, catheter care, wound care and complex community nursing.

We focus on safe, respectful and practical care. We work with participants, families, support coordinators, plan managers, GPs, allied health providers and support workers to make sure care is well planned, clinically appropriate and easy to follow.
