Immunisation and injection support where clinically appropriate 

Rodem Community Care Pty Ltd provides professional immunisation and injection support for eligible clients and NDIS participants who require nursing care at home.

Our service may include support with prescribed injections, vaccination support, medication administration, education and monitoring before and after the procedure, where clinically appropriate.

Our Injection Support May Include:

• Prescribed subcutaneous or intramuscular injections
• Immunisation support by a qualified nurse immuniser, where available
• Medication administration support
• Education for participants, families and carers
• Monitoring for side effects or adverse reactions
• Documentation and communication with relevant health professionals
• Nursing reports or care notes where required

Safe and Professional Nursing Care

Our clinician will review the participant’s health history, medication order, allergies, consent, current condition and any relevant risks before providing support.

We aim to deliver care in a safe, respectful and person-centred way, while maintaining privacy, dignity and comfort.

In-Person and Telehealth Support

In-person services may be available depending on location and service requirements. Telehealth support is available across all Australian states and territories where clinically appropriate, particularly for education, review and care planning.
