Rodem Community Care Pty Ltd provides professional wound assessment and complex wound dressing management for NDIS participants and clients who require nursing support at home.

Our wound care service supports people with acute wounds, chronic wounds, surgical wounds, pressure injuries, diabetic-related wounds, skin tears, ulcers, burns and wounds that are slow to heal.

We provide in-person services where available and Telehealth consultations across all Australian states and territories where clinically appropriate.

Wound Care Plan and Education

We can provide a wound care plan with clear instructions for dressing frequency, product use, skin care, infection monitoring and when to escalate concerns.

We can also provide education to participants, families, carers and support workers to help maintain safe wound care practices between nursing visits.

When to Seek Urgent Help

Please seek medical advice promptly if the wound becomes increasingly painful, red, swollen, hot, has increased discharge, offensive odour, bleeding, fever, or the person becomes unwell.
